Herbert Smith In 2004 we delivered one-to-one coaching sessions for two senior managers in support roles. This involved applying the 'Thinking Styles' psychometric as a basis for the coaching plan.
In 2006 Sputnik was involved in creating a leadership programme for managers in Support services. This was a modular programme and our input was to present a module on ‘emotionally intelligent leadership.’
Dutton Gregory One of the most respected and rapidly expanding law firms outside London. In 2006 Sputnik delivered a programme of one-to-one coaching to develop the management skills of the team of 21 partners. Performance coaching was combined with workshops to define performance improvements for the senior team.
Stephenson HarwoodSputnik designed and now delivers a unique Leadership programme specifically aimed at developing the most talented potential Partners within the firm. The focus of the work is on business development (developing a question based approach to sales) and leadership and communication (ensuring Partners’ day to day behaviours reflect the goals of the firm).
Activator 360 feedback Sputnik has developed a unique 360 feedback mechanism to allow seniors in law firms to gather feedback on their performance. The tool is specifically targeted at the management and leadership competences which are relevant to lawyers.
