A key ingredient of the Team DNA programme, when delivered to an existing or newly formed team, is the concept of 'Thinking Styles'. Sputnik is accredited to use 'Thinking Styles', a team analysis tool involving a questionnaire to produce a report on team strengths, potential danger areas and ideas for improvement.
'Thinking Styles' brings a new dimension to team members' understanding of the value that each person brings to the team, how they think and can be motivated.
