At Virgin we have delivered two key programmes - a two-day Team Leadership programme for supervisors in their customer contact centre and a Facilitation Skills programme for managers who were to play a vital role in a service improvement process with their teams.

One of the most respected and rapidly expanding law firms outside London. Sputnik delivered a programme of one-to-one coaching to develop the management skills of the team of 21 partners. This programme involved a blend of workshops, self study activities, one-to-one coaching and on-line 360 feedback.

We were commissioned to provide one-to-one coaching for senior managers and a coaching skills programme for managers. Both programmes involved the ECI 360 feedback tool as a start point for development.
